New Owners

Rebecca Ferrand and Andy Picheta bought Muckrach Lodge through their operating company Muckrach Limited in mid-March 2007, after an 18 month search to find exactly the right property. Muckrach fitted the bill, and they immediately embarked on a modernisation and refurbishment programme to begin creating a charming, sophisticated, elegant yet friendly and informal boutique country house hotel.

Andy and Rebecca both come from the entertainment business. Screen credits include Lord of the Dance, Cats, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Kiss Me Kate and Oklahoma! In 2005, Andy won a Prime Time Emmy for Elaine Stritch - Live at Liberty. Rebecca has produced many comedy shows for UK television, including the notorious Popetown, which was banned by the BBC.

They both believe that an eye for style and a passion for creating great entertainment makes Muckrach a truly special place for guests to enjoy.
